Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information Tig.ai collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope, roles, and information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, configure a workspace, contact support, or use features such as billing, telephony, and voice workflows. Depending on the context, Tig.ai may act as a controller for account and product operations or as a service provider processing customer content on behalf of a workspace administrator.
We may receive information directly from you, from a workspace administrator or invited user, from a connected integration or provider, from a browser or device, or from a person who interacts with an agent. Workspace administrators may determine how customer content is used and may access, export, retain, or delete it according to their own policies.
- Account and workspace details, such as your name, email address, organization, and preferences.
- Configuration and usage data, such as agent settings, workflow activity, feature usage, and error reports.
- Technical information, such as browser, device, approximate location, IP address, and security events.
- Payment and billing information handled through our payment partners, as applicable.
- Voice and conversation information, such as phone numbers, call metadata, audio, recordings, transcripts, messages, and workflow events, when enabled or provided through a workspace.
2. How we use information and legal bases
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Tig.ai; authenticate users; operate workspaces; process payments; respond to support requests; communicate service updates; and comply with legal obligations.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and improve our systems. We do not use customer content to identify you in advertising.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we may rely on contract or steps requested before contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, and other lawful bases recognized by applicable law. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, but this does not affect prior processing or features that require the information.
3. Voice data, calls, and customer content
When you configure an agent, Tig.ai may process prompts, knowledge sources, files, audio, recordings, transcripts, phone numbers, call metadata, messages, workflow events, and other content needed to deliver the workflow you requested. Your organization controls the content it submits and should avoid sending information that is not necessary for the use case.
Depending on the relationship and applicable law, your organization may determine the purposes and means of processing customer content, while Tig.ai processes it to provide the service. A separate data processing agreement or other contractual terms may apply to specific workspaces or regulated use cases.
Retention of content can depend on the feature, your workspace configuration, and operational or legal requirements. You are responsible for providing the notices and obtaining the permissions required for voice interactions, recordings, messages, and other processing you enable.
Unless expressly disclosed for a specific feature or agreed in writing, customer content is not used to train general-purpose models. We may use aggregated or de-identified service telemetry, quality signals, and abuse-prevention information to operate and improve Tig.ai. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information unless the applicable workspace and agreement permit it.
6. Communications and automated processing
We may send transactional messages about your account, security, billing, service changes, and support requests. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the instructions in the message or by contacting us, but you may continue to receive messages necessary to operate your account.
Tig.ai may use automated systems to transcribe, summarize, classify, route, score, or recommend actions based on interactions with agents. These systems may be inaccurate and are not intended to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about a person without appropriate human review and safeguards.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. You may also opt out of non-essential communications. Workspace administrators may control information associated with an organization account.
To make a request, contact privacy@tig.ai. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the relevant workspace administrator before completing a request.
8. Security, incidents, and retention
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please use strong credentials and report suspected account compromise promptly.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will assess it and provide notices required by applicable law and our agreements. Workspace administrators may be responsible for notifying people whose information they control.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the context in which it was collected. After deletion, residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten or securely deleted.
9. Children and regulated information
The service is not directed to children who are not legally permitted to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information unlawfully, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, do not use Tig.ai to process health information, payment-card data, biometric identifiers, government identifiers, or other regulated or highly sensitive information that requires special contractual or compliance commitments. You are responsible for minimizing data and using approved safeguards for your use case.
10. Account deletion and data export
You may request access to or export of information associated with your account, subject to verification, workspace permissions, technical limitations, and legal obligations. Workspace administrators may control export requests for organizational content.
You may request deletion of personal information or close your account by contacting privacy@tig.ai or using available account controls. We may retain information when required by law, needed for security, dispute resolution, billing, fraud prevention, or enforcement of agreements.
11. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. If you have questions, concerns, or a privacy request, contact privacy@tig.ai. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
