Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Tig.ai to create, configure, and operate voice AI agents.
1. The service and definitions
Tig.ai provides tools for building, testing, deploying, and monitoring voice AI agents and related workflows. The service may include dashboards, APIs, SDKs, telephony, WebRTC, integrations, documentation, and other features made available through a workspace.
In these terms, “you” and “customer” mean the person or organization using the service; “workspace” means the account environment controlled by an organization or account owner; “customer content” means the prompts, knowledge, files, audio, phone numbers, messages, configurations, and other data submitted to or generated through a workspace; and “AI output” means speech, text, transcripts, summaries, classifications, recommendations, or other output produced by automated systems.
2. Accounts, workspaces, and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for making sure that people you invite to a workspace have the appropriate permissions.
If you use Tig.ai on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, the service is not intended for children and you may not create an account on behalf of someone who is not legally permitted to use it.
- Keep credentials, API keys, phone numbers, and integration secrets confidential and rotate them when compromised.
- Use workspace roles and permissions appropriate to the sensitivity of the data and actions available to each user.
- Notify Tig.ai promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security incident involving your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and with the rights of the people who interact with your agents. You are responsible for obtaining required notices, permissions, and consent for calls, recordings, messages, and personal data, including any disclosures required when a person is interacting with an AI agent.
- Follow applicable rules for telephone outreach, consent, call recording, do-not-contact requests, consumer protection, and disclosure of automated or AI-assisted interactions.
- Do not record, transcribe, clone, reproduce, or analyze a person's voice or other sensitive information without the rights, permissions, and notices required for your use case.
- Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, impersonation, spam, or unlawful surveillance.
- Do not bypass security controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not use generated output as a substitute for professional, emergency, medical, legal, or financial advice.
4. Your content, AI output, and integrations
You retain responsibility for the prompts, knowledge sources, files, audio or voice data, phone numbers, contacts, workflows, credentials, and other content that you provide or connect to Tig.ai. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to process that content and carry out the actions your workflows request.
AI-generated speech, transcripts, summaries, classifications, recommendations, and workflow decisions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, defining appropriate guardrails, and providing human oversight or handoff when the use case requires it.
Integrations and third-party services may have their own terms and availability. Tig.ai is not responsible for changes or failures in services that it does not control.
5. Ownership and licenses
You retain your rights in customer content. Tig.ai and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and technology used to provide it. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these terms, neither party transfers ownership to the other.
You grant Tig.ai and its providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, transmit, adapt, display, and otherwise process customer content as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to perform the actions requested by your workflows.
You may use AI output generated for your workspace for your business purposes, subject to these terms and any third-party provider restrictions. AI output may not be unique, may contain third-party material, and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for evaluating it before use.
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow Tig.ai to use them without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not identify you publicly without permission.
6. Telephony, recordings, and regulated use
If you use Tig.ai for calls, messages, outbound campaigns, WebRTC sessions, or other communications, you are responsible for configuring the agent and workflow to comply with the laws and rules applicable to the people contacted, the numbers used, and the places from which communications originate.
You must provide any required AI disclosure, recording notice, consent request, opt-out mechanism, caller-identification information, quiet hours, suppression-list handling, and escalation to a person. You must honor requests such as “stop calling” or “do not contact me” and retain evidence of consent when required.
Unless a separate written agreement permits it, do not use the service to process regulated health, payment, biometric, or other sensitive information in a manner that requires a special certification, business associate agreement, or sector-specific commitment from Tig.ai.
7. Plans, fees, and billing
Paid features are billed according to the plan, usage metrics, and pricing details shown at the time of purchase. Usage may include minutes, calls, messages, seats, storage, model or provider charges, and other metered resources. Taxes, payment processing terms, and renewal or cancellation rules are presented during checkout or in your workspace billing area.
Unless the checkout or an order form says otherwise, paid plans may renew for successive billing periods. You are responsible for keeping payment details current and paying charges incurred before cancellation. We may suspend paid features for overdue or failed payments after reasonable notice.
Trials, credits, promotional pricing, refunds, usage limits, overages, and plan changes are governed by the offer or order form that presents them. We may correct obvious pricing or billing errors and may change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Third-party services, models, and subprocessors
The service may rely on telephony carriers, speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers, language models, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and other third-party services. Some may be selected or managed by Tig.ai, while others may be connected by you using your own account, credentials, or API keys.
When you enable or connect a third-party service, you instruct Tig.ai to transmit or route the relevant customer content to that service. You are responsible for reviewing its terms, privacy practices, permissions, configuration, costs, and legal requirements. Third-party services may change or become unavailable, and Tig.ai does not control their operation, output, security, or compliance.
Tig.ai may use subprocessors to provide the service. Where required, additional data-processing terms, provider lists, or enterprise controls may apply to the workspace or order form.
9. Security, confidentiality, and data processing
Tig.ai uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect customer content and account information. No service can guarantee absolute security, and you remain responsible for securing your users, credentials, integrations, devices, and instructions.
Unless a separate agreement applies, you authorize Tig.ai and its subprocessors to process customer content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, and enforce these terms. A data processing addendum may establish additional roles, instructions, security measures, and transfer terms for a workspace.
Unless expressly disclosed for a specific feature or agreed in writing, Tig.ai will not use customer content to train general-purpose models. We may use aggregated or de-identified operational information to understand performance, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should continue—such as ownership, acceptable-use responsibilities, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms. Tig.ai does not guarantee that generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every use case.
To the extent permitted by law, Tig.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tig.ai and its affiliates, personnel, and providers from claims, losses, penalties, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your customer content, your agents or workflows, your calls or messages, your integrations, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or another person's rights.
We may assume control of the defense of a claim covered by this section, and you agree to cooperate reasonably. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by Tig.ai or imposes obligations on Tig.ai without our prior written consent.
13. Changes, support, and beta features
We may update these terms when the service, applicable law, or our practices change. When an update is material, we will provide a reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date means that you accept the updated terms.
Unless an order form or service-level agreement says otherwise, support, uptime, response times, and service levels are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We may offer previews, experiments, or beta features that are provided as-is, may change without notice, and may be subject to additional terms.
We may modify, discontinue, or restrict a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical, or business reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and provide available export or transition options when appropriate.
14. Governing law and general terms
These terms, together with any order form, data-processing addendum, or product-specific terms that apply to your workspace, form the agreement between you and Tig.ai regarding the service. If documents conflict, the applicable written order form or data-processing terms control for their specific subject matter.
You may not assign these terms or transfer your workspace without our consent, except as part of a permitted corporate reorganization or transfer of substantially all relevant assets. Tig.ai may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. These terms do not create a partnership, agency, employment, or exclusive relationship.
These terms are governed by the law and dispute forum identified in the applicable order form or written agreement. If no such document applies, disputes will be submitted to the competent forum under the law applicable to the contracting Tig.ai entity. Electronic acceptance, notices sent to the account email, and notices published in the service may be used to form and communicate this agreement.
