Subprocessors
This page describes the categories of providers that may process information to operate Tig.ai.
1. How to read this list
Tig.ai may use third-party providers to host, secure, support, and operate the service. The applicable provider list depends on the product features enabled, the workspace configuration, the customer's region, and any written enterprise agreement.
This page is intended to identify provider categories and the purpose for which they may be used. The named provider list and effective dates should be kept current with the production architecture before this page is treated as a complete contractual list.
2. Provider categories
- Cloud hosting, databases, object storage, caching, queues, backups, and content delivery.
- Telephony carriers, phone-number providers, SIP, WebRTC, messaging, call routing, and recording infrastructure.
- Speech-to-text, text-to-speech, voice, language-model, translation, moderation, and AI quality providers.
- Authentication, email, notifications, customer support, billing, tax, and payment processing.
- Analytics, product telemetry, error monitoring, security, fraud prevention, logging, and operational tooling.
3. Access and data minimization
Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for the service they perform. Depending on the integration, this can include account identifiers, configuration, technical logs, phone numbers, audio, transcripts, messages, payment metadata, or customer content.
Some providers may process information directly when the customer connects its own account, API key, carrier, model, or integration. Those providers act under their own terms and privacy policies and are selected and managed by the customer.
4. Changes and objections
Tig.ai may add, replace, or remove providers when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service. We will update this page or provide notice when required by the applicable data-processing agreement.
If the customer has a contractual right to object to a new provider, it must follow the notice and objection process in the applicable agreement. Tig.ai may offer a reasonable alternative or terminate the affected feature if the parties cannot resolve a material objection.
