Billing
Manage your Tigy AI subscription, usage, credits, and invoices.
Tigy AI billing is managed at the workspace level. Workspace owners and admins can open Billing in the dashboard to choose a plan, complete payment, review usage, and manage the subscription.
Plans and usage
Plans include monthly conversation credits. Tigy AI tracks consumed credits and any overage in the current billing cycle.
| Plan | Monthly price | Included credits |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | R$99.00 | 200 |
| Pro | R$359.00 | 750 |
| Custom | Starting at R$499.00 | 1,050–50,000 |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Above 50,000 |
With Custom, you choose your monthly credit allowance. Pricing starts at R$499.00 for 1,050 credits and increases in progressive bands: R$0.47 per additional credit up to 10,000 credits and R$0.465 per additional credit from 10,001 to 50,000. For volumes above 50,000 credits, contact sales for Enterprise.
Additional usage is charged at R$0.60 per overage credit, capped at 20% of the credits included in the cycle. The Billing page shows the current cycle, remaining credits, overage, and credit transaction history.
Subscribe
- Open Billing in the dashboard.
- Complete the workspace billing profile with the legal name, CPF or CNPJ, email, phone, and address.
- Select a plan.
- Choose an available payment method and complete the hosted checkout.
Subscriptions remain pending until the payment provider confirms the first payment. The subscription then becomes active and the first credit cycle is created.
Manage a subscription
Workspace owners and admins can change the plan or cancel the subscription from Billing. Cancellation stops renewal while access and credits from the paid cycle remain available until the current period ends.
If the customer changes their mind before the paid period ends, choosing another plan resumes the suspended recurring subscription and starts the requested plan change flow.
The plan management screen also shows Resume subscription while cancellation is scheduled.
Changing plans creates a one-off invoice for the change. Its value combines the new plan price with any unpaid credit overage. The new plan takes effect after that payment is confirmed, and the existing recurring invoice is not reused.
The invoice history is available to workspace billing administrators when billing is enabled.
Check usage before testing
On the billing page, check the current cycle, available credits, overage and subscription state. Tests that execute the agent may consume usage; being signed in does not guarantee authorization for another run.
If usage or billing prevents a conversation from starting, review the message and workspace state before changing the agent. Call duration may also be capped by available usage.
Reconcile measurements
Compare the same period and workspace. Runs explain an individual conversation; Reports aggregate activity; billing shows the cycle and credit transaction history. A calendar-month report may differ from a cycle starting on another day.
Check checkout values before confirming a subscription or plan change. A pending payment does not confirm activation of the new plan.
