SIP

Receive calls through the SIP URI assigned to your agent.

Each agent can have its own SIP endpoint for receiving calls. Use this option when your phone system or SIP-compatible service should route calls directly to a specific Tigy AI agent.

Configure SIP for an agent

  1. Open the agent in the Tigy AI dashboard.
  2. Open its telephony settings.
  3. In the SIP section, provision an endpoint if the agent does not have one yet.
  4. Copy the complete SIP URI shown in the panel, including its domain.
  5. Configure your SIP system to route calls to that URI.

The SIP URI is agent-specific, so each incoming call is routed directly to the corresponding agent. It is a SIP destination, not a telephone number.
