Members and permissions
Invite colleagues and control access to workspace resources.
A workspace contains agents, tools, documents and the team allowed to access them. When an action is missing or rejected, check your selected workspace and permissions.
Invite someone
- Open Workspace and the people area.
- Use the invite action and enter an email.
- Select a role and review permissions offered by the form.
- Send the invitation and check its state in the list.
- Ask the person to accept using the correct account.
Workspace access and permission to edit an agent are separate decisions. Check which resources the person may view, create, edit or delete using the interface's options.
Review roles and permissions
The product uses roles such as owner, administrator and member. Available actions also depend on resource permissions; review the interface's summary for effective access.
Someone monitoring results does not necessarily need to edit tools or configuration. Start with access required for the task and review it when responsibilities change.
Change or remove access
Open the member's settings in the people list, review the role/permissions and save. Check restrictions shown for administrative roles and workspace ownership. Before removing someone, review integrations that depend on their account.
Investigate blocked access
Confirm the signed-in account, accepted invitation, selected workspace and requested resource. Read access does not automatically grant editing.
